Hey Kam, did you request to be in the ClutchKillas or were you asked to join? Under 'Gang Requests' it's got Texan listed but I think only the godfather can accept you (Clintshady). As far as the ratings thing, just keep doing what you're doing. Also, depending on what you are (pimp, thug, etc.) keep recruiting hoes, thugs, etc. Also, get rid of your mercenaries, they'll hurt you.
