Dunga has sucked the soul out of Brazil. There's no samba.

As for the Ronaldinho haters, even in his "end" years:

    <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/FvN6DMaElns&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/FvN6DMaElns&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

Obviously he's not what he used to be because he's older. I hope he ends up in Man City and humiliates Dunga for the omission.

"I just decided to go for the goal and see what happens," he said.

As I said (and as he confirms), he was shooting, not looking to cross it. He used the outside of his foot and was most definitely shooting at the goal.

The only thing he sucked out of Brasil is that joga bonito bull**** mentality they've had for a while. I'm not a Ronaldinho hater but I'm not going to argue that he deserves a spot over Bastos, Elano, Silva, Melo, Dani Alves or Diego. All younger than him.

After 02' Ronaldo and Ronaldinho thought they became gods, they were for a while until age caught up with them. In 06' even the legendary Pelé blamed Parreira and Ronaldinho for their elimination. Adriano, Ronaldo and Ronaldinho failed miserably with their "samba" swagger. Ask any avid Brazilian Soccer fan if this year's squad is the best they've had in years.

Bastos and Robinho still have amazing footwork, Fabiano has excellent striking backed up by Baptista, there mid field is phenomenal with alot of young talent and vision. Their defense is consistent with Juan, Dracula and (maybe the best offensive defender in the world) Maicon.

This team has NO holes. Stop being bitter.

I moved on with Lippi's decision to leave my favorite player and former world cup champion Del Piero off the squad. So should you guys.

How does the NK govt manage what Jong Tae-Se says to his teammates since he plays in the Japanese Premier League and owns a Hummer on 22's? What a fascinating situation.

Please my friends, The World Cup is a time for peace and harmony. Let us not disparage our brethren in this time. We are united for one goal, or one draw. Probably one draw. But that isn't the point. The game brings together young and old, black and white, Mathloom and AroundTheWorld, DaDakota and everyone, you name it.

    ONE GOAL. ONE LOVE.

Elano scored today, but was pretty mediocre for Man City last time he did anything of consequence and then got shunted off to the Turkish League. Josue is a holding MF playing for Wolfsburg. Gilberto Silva is way older than Ron too and another defensive MF. I mean it's like Dunga wanted 5 different backups for Felipe Melo if he got hurt.

I know Dunga doesn't like Ronaldinho and the feeling is mutual, but I still think it was a mistake to leave him off and it kind of showed today when they basically had kaka et al bombing from outside the whole first half for lakc of anything else.

And by the way, speaking of guys who have sucked, Kaka has been in a year long slump - he doesn't deserve a free pass for that.

I believe Ronaldinho and Diego at midfield starting would be best for Brazil.

Hopefully Dunga proves me wrong and they win it!

    Good video man!

He still has good skill with the ball, it seems like it sticks to him.

His speed has diminished which is sad.

Anybody have some ideas on what's going on in the transfer market?

    Who are Manchester City pursuing?

    Same with Real, Barca, ect.

I know Barca is trying to get Fabregas and got David Villa a couple of weeks ago...

Real Madrid tried to get Maicon for any amount Inter wanted but they refused to listen to any offers. Milito is also not for sale.

Juve is looking to sign Krasic, RMD and Barca are also pursuing Gerrard.

Man U is ready to put down 25 million for Chellini.

Adriano is set to sign with Roma.

    That's about it for now.

    Oh and regarding Man City.

"Mancini is after a host of big-name targets this summer including Liverpool duo Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard, as well as Barcelona striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic."

yep, here in brazil dunga is criticised fo the way he treats the press, but especially for what you mentioned and this really showed today.

They went up against a much weaker team with two uncreative and most importanly unecessary defensive midfielders (felipe melo and gilberto silva). The problem is, that yeah, on the bench there are mainly other similar defensive midfield players, if brazil is losing there is no one that can really change the game coming from the bench, kaka is the only playmaker in the team and he has been having a very bad year.

True, but I don't think he ever had elite game speed like Messi even in his prime.
