http://religion.blogs.cnn.com/2010/...uslim-america-shows-community-on-edge/?hpt=C2 interesting part about the founding fathers : In this environment, I was inspired during countless hours of research into American history to see how clear the Founding Fathers were on the subject of Islam in America. Thomas Jefferson learned Arabic using his Quran and hosted the first presidential iftaar during Ramadan, John Adams named Prophet Muhammad as one of the world’s “sober inquirers after truth” alongside Socrates and Confucius, and Benjamin Franklin, who cited the Prophet as a model of compassion, wrote of his hope that the head cleric of Istanbul would preach Islam to Americans from a Philadelphia pulpit, so passionate was his belief in religious freedom.
Let's try to have one Islam thread hate free. That means ATW, Mathloom, Ottomatonfdsn, DaDa, and the rest of the gang GTFO.
It's are, not is. It's everyone, everyone is one word in the sentence you used. And you forgot a a comma. I guess boring, dumb people attract to each other.
As you can see PK I am just a member. Only contributing members can edit posts. I would like the edit feature, but there isn't a price tag on it. It's worth $10 or $20 to me, but I figure I'm bound to lose a bet or two and I will hopefully receive it then. Praise be to Ullah.
I really knew that, and yes I quickly glimpsed at the very same link and mixed them up. That's why it was added in last. Anyways, I got you on the other parts I knew. KTHNXBYE
Blah, I turned this into a grammar thread. Anyways, proceed the Islam hate and keep up the circle jerking. I'm out.
It's really never been about the religion itself, at least I believe so with more rational-minded people. The problem is simply with the people using it for their own causes. I dislike a lot of things the Catholic Church has done in the name of God in history. And I dislike a lot of things radical Muslims are currently doing in the name of God. But I've never felt any particular dislike towards a person of either Catholic or Islam because of their religion. I'm not religious. So I really don't care which religion one belongs to, as long as s/he does not violate the laws of society.
clearly, the devil wrote that article to fool people that the American people have not inheirited the covenant of Abraham and that America is not a christian nation. Just like the devil put those rocks here on earth to fool the raging homosexual liberal secularists that the world isn't only 2,000 years old.
Back in the day islamic lands were the scholarly capitals of the world. Can't really say that anymore.
