if you change vehicles can you keep the plates? kinda like a cell phone number? or would you have to pay again in order to do so? or just get new ones?
OK on the last option you can get an OK State version of a Texas plate and an Auburn version. WTF is that about??
i wish it were just a one time fee. so what happens if you get it for one year then they will just send you a regular plate and you take that one off and throw it away or something. weird.
