Ok first of all, I didn't say it was due to evolution, I said the league evolved to become faster than the 1980's. If you don't know the difference between the two then I don't know what else to say. In the context of the NBA, the evolution of the league came about because everyone wanted faster, stronger players, which was what I stated in my post if you actually read it instead of going into rants. Secondly I talked about evolution because your biology genius colleague keep insisting evolution isn't happening now. Of course its happening now even as we speak. You yourself admitted that it took ages for the changes to occur, that meant that evolution doesn't stop and keeps happening every single day of every year.
