What did Floyd concede, exactly? Afaik, Floyd asked for a bigger ring size. If all of his demands were that outrageous, I can't say he conceded anything.

The 14-day cut-off deal was taken off the table before the Mosley fight even happened. And everyone was not fine with it before, that is why Floyd said **** it..no cut-off dates, straight random.

Anyway I really don't give a **** about testing anymore. The initial fight was not made because Manny was making excuses. Now that Manny has no real negotiation power, he agrees to a term that was taken off the table months ago. Test, no test, I don't care. Steroids or no steroids, Manny can't win. Floyd just loves playing mind games. I guess he figures at this point Manny is very mentally strong, so he has to do whatever to break him mentally, even a little. But I'm getting frustrated.

I don't think one person is to blame. You can easily say the fight didn't happen the first time because Floyd demanded non standard drug testing. If it was done like all his other fights and every other boxing match up till that point, this fight would have been done. So to blame all of it on Manny alone is laughable.

This. Did Floyd Mayweather demand all this non-standard stuff against Mosley? How about Barrera? The fact is Manny shouldn't have to put up with stuff like this. What makes Mayweather so special that he can demand special stuff in thiso one fight but he doesn't demand it on all his other fights?

He really is just running scared. If he thinks Manny is doing steroids then accuse him of it so Pacman can get investigated and either cleared of all charges or stripped of his titles. Don't go about doing all these crazy non-standard things that you don't ask out of your other fights. Its so obvious he's just stalling because he doesn't want to lose his perfect record, yet the Mayweather homies are eating it all up

This kind of stuff upsets me. If you don't know what you are talking about then why are you even posting.
I'm assuming you have no idea what has been going, nor do you even know who Mayweather even is. First of all, Mosley agreed to the random drug testing. Second, Mayweather never fought Barrera. Also, Manny was accused of steroid use by Mayweather Sr. And he decided to try to sue him. That didn't work out for him.

Nobody is scared. Both fighters' egos are to blame. Both think they are the best, both are the best, so neither wants to budge. At the end of the day though, money talks. This fight will happen.

    This...

The standard rules should apply, and Floyd is the only one that wants to change that.

Not to mention that Pac agreed to test 1 SECOND after the fight...

Odds are that the drug would be recognized. With standard testing, and testing directly after the fight (The most advanced testing in the world) there should be no dispute form Floyd.

Floyd is living in Salem, and screaming witch...

Learning from Miguel Cotto one person cheating can change your whole career. I'm not saying that Manny is cheating but just because he agrees to take the test after the fight dosen't mean he's clean. The craziness that happens after a boxing match causes a lot of confusion and would make infinate posibilities to cover up proper drug testing techniques. Manny fear is unwarrented when it comes to taking a blood test up unto the fight because Floyd would be under the same testing cycle. The question that really needs to be asked and answered is how long does it take for the effect of HGH and anabolic steriods to take effect upon the body?

I wanted more details, not repetition. Anyway, I ended up just googling some info about it:

Floyd wanted 25x25 ring dimensions. Would you even enjoy watching that? That's laughable. Pacquiao was adamant to fight at the standard 20x20.

Gloves? Maybe... but there's also the possibly Mayweather may not mind fighting with the glove size Manny wants, at all, and is just acting the part to gain leverage. The crux of the matter, though, is that it's such a trivial issue relative to a non-standardized blood test.

The per pound over the limit penalty, I can't even recognize it as any sort of concession. Mayweather's always made weight, if he wanted to. The only thing the penalty's for is to stop him from doing something he's not supposed to do, anyway. So to recognize it as a concession on the part of Mayweather is to pay him not to cheat. In contrast, Pacquiao's drug test was demanded on the baseless accusation that he's on drugs. It's intrusive, non-standardized, and could possibly affect his performance.

So, no, I just don't see Mayweather meriting the right to demand a blood test.
