My favorite moment was a White Zombie concert.

Only saw the Rockets once at the Summit. It was a Rockets-Clippers game in 93-94 season which we won. Only chance I had to see the Dream play live.

my favorite moment was when we beat ny in game 7 of the finals and all I can remember is Hakeem walking at halfcourt in awe and when he was on the bench just looking and absorbing everything as if he was dreaming after having disappointment with the celtics.. such an awesome moment, Dream deserved every bit of it

also the worst moment which is a no brainer to me was when stockton sinked the series clinching 3 pointer to advance to the 97 nba finals as clyde wa held by malone from defending john as barkley ran helplessly with his arms up

my stomach churns to this day at that memory

one of our friends knew some dude who worked at compaq center, got us in so we can play full court during an afternoon where there were no events there.

My favorite moment was when Hakeem hit a 3 at the end of game 4 of the 1995 Finals... Great way to finish the sweep

I was at the Rod Strickland swat game also.

But favorite is the 1st championship ring ceremony. I still have my "championship ring" that they gave out to the fans that night (1st game of the season in oct/nov 1994)

Favorite moment of a game I was at, was when Tmac scored 13 points in like 40 seconds against the spurs. That game was my 1st ever experience sitting courtside too. So this game was my favorite for multiple reasons

Two of the saddest moments I can think of were the end of the Rockets' conference final series in 1977 and 1997.

The end of the Rockets' 1977 ECF with the Philadelphia 76ers--when John Lucas got called for a questionable charging call near the end of Game 6 of that series, and the end of Game 6 of the Rockets' 1997 WCF with the Utah Jazz--when John Stockton hit that game-winning three pointer at the buzzer.

I would only say that for those two respective years, watching the NBA Championship series was among the most painful for Rocket fans to watch. I feel pretty certain the Rockets would manage to beat the Portland Trailblazers for the 1977 Championship if they got there rather than the 76ers. OTOH, I'm not so sure about 1997, but for that Championship series, I would have just simply liked to have been able to see a Rockets-Bulls championship series take place none the less.

My favorite moments at the Compaq center were the Rockets winning those two championship series in both 1994 and 1995.

Saddest moment: I went to see the Who in the first concert ever in the Summit. I took my girlfriend, despite the fact that I knew she had to be home by midnight (strict parents). When I got there, I realized there was an opening act (a reggae band), and the Who didn't come on until 10:30. We had to leave at 11:30, and they ended up playing another hour after that.

    :(

I was at both those games and I agree.

At game 7 vs Knicks, I started crying after Max hit that shot-tears of joy and tears of relief of Htown finally about to win a championship.

I sat next to the NBC booth built in the stands behind goal and remember seeing Dr. J checking out the ravenous crowd and Peter Vescey looking like he was going to cry.

Unfortunately, I felt like crying after the Stockton shot.

I was at the final Rockets game at the Compaq Center and the first game at the Toyota Center. My favorite moment was probably when I saw Michael Jordan play although he only had something like 6 points.

Another great memory was the last game I attended there during the final season. It was New Year's Eve and they played Milwaukee, so I got to see Sam back in the Summit for one final time

    Some fav moments
Michael Jackson concert. I believe his last U.S. tour
    Seeing Francis dunk on Sabonis
    FREE PARKING
Retiring of Olajuwon's jersey vs Golden State
Moochie goes nuts against the Pacers in a double OT game. Hit like 7 shots in a row.

    Worst Moment
While with Phx Jason Kidd banks a shot from almost halfcourt to beat the Rockets at the buzzer. I think he had 42pts and 13asst.
