Always wear it no matter what. The action of putting on the seatbelt has become such an automatic habit for me that I honestly don't even notice I'm doing it anymore.
I usually wear a seat belt but I got a ticket a couple of weeks ago going a couple of blocks to the store near my house.
I can't believe the number of people that don't wear their seatbelts. I thought for 99% of the population in the US it was automatic to put your seatbelt on.
