I'm not sure which is funnier, the jokes themselves, or the fact that when one is posted someone inevitably thinks they are enlightening the masses by clarifying his contribution as though for the first time.

Exactly my point. I have a low tolerance for ignorance. It's always the same tired, baseless jokes and they stopped being funny 10 years ago. What's next? Tammy Faye Baker and Pee Wee Herman jokes?
