Who cares about the size of a campus? That's like talking crap because your band is better -- nobody cares. "Yeah your campus is nicer, but ours is BIGGER!" I think Texas Tech's campus is bigger than both of them, but I don't think that holds much weight in an argument of why Tech is better.
From US News: I'd say a slight edge for UT in the overall Engineering department. But for Business, it's all McCombs. Mays is still good, though.
I don't think beauty is important either. Its just a freakin campus. I spent some time at Northwestern's campus, pretty, right on the lake... didn't care. Nobody cares.
I gotta disagree here. Walking to class at Texas Tech vs. walking to class at Notre Dame is a hell of a lot different.
lol it's still CLASS you're walking to. I'm dying for an extra hour of sleep when I walk to class that I can barely see in front of me
For the love of God...the guy is trying to rent out a room in an apartment and it devolves into a pissing contest between the Horns and the Ags.
You say they are equal, then you go on to say that Austin has a slight edge??? Not like you are wrong, but still.
I was there in the early 2000's and I have a bunch of friends from UT too. The white girls were hotter at A&M, while UT had a more racially diverse selection of hot girls. Just my opinion. Not that there aren't hot white girls at UT, but there was a quicker booze/cigarettes deterioration factor going on at UT for some reason.
I said "probably equal." Should said "about equal" then. -_- Hey, I'm not complaining. The girls are mighty fine at both schools. I just like the diversity better.
I feel dorm life is something tha everyone should experience for a year or two. After that it gets lame, but dorm life is really unique and worth experiencing.
Any pics of this apartment? I'm not interested, but thought I'd at least try to get this thread back on topic.
