well, what about the lakers, they didnt change the name, when they moved from minneapolis (where the name makes sense) there is not a lake in LA, I dont get it why they kept the name. And the video of where Jazz fails happens is great, and I agree with everything except there is segregation, I dont think that, it just happens than the most people are white.

If there are non-Mormons, what the hell are they doing in Utah At least LA Lakers is an alliteration, and there are bodies of water near by. Besides, the Los Angeles Smogs the San Juaquin Valleys, doesn't quite have the same ring. But yeah.
I'd put this repeatedly in your video. Pretty much every other clip should be this one, over and over and over again...
Great video! The only thing missing is something from 1995 in the deciding game 5 when the Rockets trailed the Jazz in SLC by 7 points very late. Nobody here ever brings this game up. That is one of the sweetest wins in Rockets history.
Bodies of water near by?? I think that is quite a reach but it is more of less the idea that their identity would be lost if they change their nickname despite the fact that the nickname makes no sense in the new city. Other examples of this includes: In baseball - the A's or Athletics have been the Philadelphia Athletics, the Kansas City Athletics, and the Oakland Athletics. In football - the Raiders when they were in Los Angeles, also the Rams, Colts, and Cardinals. In basketball - the Lakers and Jazz are the most well-known but did you know that the Nets had been in New York before New Jersey or that the Clippers were in San Diego before LA? Even our own Rockets were known as the San Diego Rockets - why didn't they change their nickname when they moved to Houston? The answer was identity reasons but also "Rockets" in Houston made more sense than San Diego because of the NASA presence but that is rare when moving to a new city actually makes the nickname make more sense. Ultimately, it is up to the owner of the franchise if they feel a nickname change is warranted when the franchise moves. Some feel it does, while others do not.
Oh and getting back to the original question of the thread - all the moments before Stockton and Malone got there which is essentially their entire tenure in New Orleans.

wow some of u hating on jazz so nasty.. f jazz but damnnn the video "where failing happens" is so narrow minded... the **** that is being said in that video can also be said about rockets. cheating? what about rockets - in order to get the hakeem draft pick - cheating happens.
Im going to go corrupt their forum. Im going to be a secret agaent Rocket spy who spams them with Rocket references on how they suck. I need help join me in taking over their site. The Rockets will prevail!!!!!
Alright you two southern tough guys. If you're going to try to torch another team, you can't come out looking like the clueless bigot. You need to be the better one... I suggest you try a little harder.
The thing is, Utahns don't cheat, they just marry'em all. And oh, I do live near Toronto, which is the southern part of Canada, so I guess I'll let you have that one.
