i usually go to KG or Suitmart..are there any other places you guys know of for quality suits for closeout kinda prices?
I would check out Zara first. Gotta go with a skinny tie with their suits. Saks Off at Katy Mills is a good option too. You can get designer suits like Hugo Boss for a decent price.
Try saks off and nordstrom rack. They usually have sales with 40% their suits. You can get a good Hugo Boss, Armani, Burberry, etc for around $350 give or take. There's always places like Jos A Banks, which have decent stuff too.
Express. Their stuff is pretty cheap and in style with decent quality. Their Wool material suits are nicer compared to the rest. It's especially good to go when they have those $50.00 off or $75.00 off coupons. Banana Republic. More expensive but also good quality and most importantly in style. Nordstrom Rack. Nice brands with hit or miss selection.
Pretty much all of the early posts covered the good spots in Houston. With Jos A Bank make sure you know what you are getting into, they have big sales 2-3 times a week so sign up for their emails. Zara has modern cut suits that might be too much flash and they don't carry longs. The only thing I didn't see mentioned was the Target suit. They carry a really good (form what I hear) gray suit.
I get my suits done by a guy based in Hong Kong (we went there on a vacation once), he is in Houston this week. Very reasonable custom suits, from what I remember, in the 2-3 hundred dollar range http://charmstailors.com/suits.html
