    Will be played outdoor in cold weather.

    The quality of the game will be affected, game would be slow with a lot of run plays. It won't be exciting.

    Will be locked in or outdoor in ANY weather.

    The quality of the hangout will be affected, forum would be slow with a lot of repeated threads. It won't be staying, it will be locked.
