good deal. just read the fine print for the restaurant you're purchasing from.

My girlfriend gets these every so often and the times we've used them (maybe 3-4 times) it has been hassle free. We just threw it in there with our check and cash/credit card for the difference.

Minimum purchase of $35.00 - not unusual for a dinner for two - check
    18% gratuity added - I generally tip 18%+ anyway - check
Valid for dinner - When we eat out, it's usually dinner - check
Dine in ONLY - When we eat out, it's usually dine in - check

At worst, we had to add a desert/appetizer to get to $35. Enough though the coupon said dine in, we once got the desert to go, without any problems.

You have to add a gift certificate to your cart and then you will go the page where you can type in the promo and get the discount.

I only ran into one problem, which was that we went to a place called Fish City, and they had some tiny sign on the door that said they don't accept Restaurant.com on weekends. other than that, no problems.

You are correct. I read the stipulations before I bought. $35 for a nice dinner for two without drinks is not that hard to reach.
