I don't see how that guy falls all the way to 14th.

I do not see how the Rockets stay at 14. You know Morey will catch some sucker ahead of us in the draft. Besides, some of teams should let us have their pick, so they don't screw up yet again, this year or derail some young player's career. *cough* The Clippers *cough* the Twolves and the 76ers

But he's a nice pick at 14th, because the Rockets don't have to give up anything to get him. If Morey trades up to get him then it will hurt more if he's a bust.

    Oh well.

he probably won't fall to 14th because I predict his stock to rise after all the draft combine measurements are done. but hopefully he lands to us at 14 and morey picks him up.

As long as he is a talented big that can play and doesn't have Dwight Howard scoring problems, I will be happy.

We won't take him, too raw and his play in college does not lead to good sabermetrics numbers.

A lot of talking heads (so called experts) think that b/c Yao was injured last year, that we are looking to take a center to replace him. We might go after a center (Cousins) but we won't take the chance on Whiteside who's upside is 3-4 years down the way, not within the next 2 years which is where we have a great chance to win a championship.
