The finals matchup is pretty much set,and barring some catastrophic injury to either team, I hate it. Sure it will be entertaining to see who wins it all this year, but I dont know which team I hate more. So, in the spirit of things that suck, here is my analogy of the finals.

Lakers = violent vomitting from food poisoning
Celtics = explosive diarrhea from food poisoning

Either way you lose lol. Personally, I hope the celtics beat the lakers cause I dont want kobe to win any more titles.

    I hope Boston win then,

    For Kobe to lose

2 of the last 3 Finals

would shut all the "Kobe is the Best blah blah blah" crap.

If Kobe never lost in the Finals, like Jordan, in 04' , 08' and this yr

he would have 6 rings goin for his 7th.

What's more is, if the Celtics win, they can point to KG's injury last year and say that's the only reason the Lakers even won the title last year. Then we can put a nice big * next to it.

Kobe has 4 already, so if he would have won in 04 and 08, that would give him six total. If he won this year, then he would have 7. But since he isnt the greatest, he will never beat MJ. And Im sorry, but Michael Jordan didnt have half the talent on his teams that kobe has had on all his championship teams. Scotty Pippen was garbage when he came here, and if he was the second best player on that team, it goes to show you how good MJ really was.

lol scottie pippen was garbage? haha your argument fails on so many levels
and people please, players shouldn't be measured by rings ffs, one player can't win a championship, the right combination of 12 players can

This Lakers team is completely different from last years team... you can't put jack on last seasons title for LA. They were determined to win last season with a fully healthy group. They had a deeper team... a great bench, a healthy Andrew Bynum, and Trevor Ariza. You don't know if this Celtics team could've beat that Lakers team...

We might as well put asterisks on the Rockets two championships too then with your logic.

The way the Celtics are destroy teams is crazy. I guess the regular season doesn't mean anything.

I can't say I'd enjoy watching this series since I hate both teams. I had hoped for Lebron being in the Finals, but eh. I guess I'll go for the Celtics since Tibs is on the team and I can't find a single reason to cheer for the Lakers.

Healthy Bynum? The injured Bynum now is doing more than Bynum last year. He played 17 mpg last year in the playoffs. Celtics would still be the more physical team and that could have been a problem for the Lakers.

Plus, I think Artest is a much better matchup for Pierce.

Key matchups will be how the Celtics bigs play the Lakers bigs. The Celtics bigs will need to outplay the Lakers bigs in order to win. Artest vs. Pierce I believe Pierce has done well in the past but this should be interesting in the finals. Kobe will have two that will try to contain him and both Allens will need to stay out of foul trouble.

If Boston wins, my dream will have become reality.

It has been my dream since the playoffs started for the Lakers to make it all the way to the final and then LOSE.

LOL I can't wait to see the look on Kobe's face when that happens

    LOLLLLLLL   :)

Go Boston Celtics, I want Rasheed Wallace to finally win one ring after being robbed back in Portland Jailblazers days by the David Sterns and his ****ing refs.

I also love how Rondo playing his heart out.

Moreover, I am always for the Cocky Rapist and its companies to lose.

Yeah that's for sure... This year's playoff was not memorable at all, except for Lebron not going to the finals again..

Celtics are going to beat the Lakers again if they meet. They are big and physical enough to bully the Lakers around and when that happens they normally shrink in the corner, problem is that no one usually has the guns to do so.
