That's what the courts do. It's not a fixed price. They punish you based on what your worth, not the offense. This is true.

She's certainly not very bright, because her antics have probably cost her tens of millions in lost job opportunities. Also, her partying has really taken a toll on her looks, which was her most important commodity.
