Yes. A day after I got it, it broke. It had the "penny fix" done to it, which is essentially a cheap way to get it to work a little longer. That's how I know it was broken down before. Just waiting for the repair/money so I can move on.
To be honest with you dude, I wouldn't even ask for $100 back to fix it. Send him that crap he sold you and get your money back. I'm sure you have his address from the shipping. If need be, go over there and take a dump on his front lawn and demand your money back. I can't stand when someone dicks someone around. Not cool...
Yea maybe if you get a partial refund u can use the money for the reflow I havent had any problems since i got mine reflowed so i gotta check if he still does repairs im pretty sure he does. The guy warrantys all his work as well so no worries

There's no such thing as a permanent fix, that's why there's usually a one year warranty after every fix. After the one year, if it acts up again, it's tough luck. Be a man and refund his money!

Knote, You need to turn it over to paypal. This guy isn't doing crap to fix the issue. He already stated he couldn't even offer you a refund. I hope that no one ever buys anything from him again.
Yeah, wth is up with the 'I can't offer a refund' crap? Translation: 'I already spent the cash I got from some dead 360 someone gave me and I managed to get working long enough to rip someone off and too bad suckah lol'. That's what it looks like.
