as soon as redick threw that pass away down 3 with 1:30 to go i was worried the celtics would close the half strong. looks like that will happen.

and every damn time the magic deflect a celtics pass, the ball either goes out of bounds or right to a celtic for an easy shot. need to catch some breaks.


edit: kg misses 2 ft's to stem the tide and a terrible magic possession ends in a tough 3 going in to basically save the first half.

how in the world an official can give pierce that first foul on that flop is beyond me. he literally acted like he got shot on minimal contact and you fall for it? there's a reason players flop so much; it's almost always rewarded. and then you change the whole game by screwing the magic with howard's 4th foul when he gets all ball, rewarding pierce for more flopping? don't help the celtics out too much, refs. maybe you can call another weak technical on carter if the magic take the lead.
