and please try to be realistic.

    FOR THE OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER:

Sign 2 of 3 or all 3 of:

    David Lee
    Channing Frye
    Brendan Haywood

and this offseason would be a huge success/ improvement.

    PG: Westbrook/ Maynor
    SG: Thabo/ Harden
    SF: Durant/ Green
    PF: Ibaka/ Frye/ Lee
    C: Haywood/ Collison/ Lee

The weakness for OKC this season was the poor shooting/ rebounding of their big men. Frye is a killer shooter (if Green was able to shoot 44% of his threes like Frye does, they would have beaten the Lakers) , Lee will be an excellent 6th man. this improves them DRASTICALLY. Green gets to go to his natural position. Backcourt stays the same and imo, they will improve by themselves. all three of haywood/frye/lee fit in the thunder philosophy of working hard decent guys.

    that's a championship for sure.

Purely situational. just like with frye and lee at pf. whatever the team needs at that moment, gets subbed.

I've lost respect for Haywood. They shouldn't touch him.

They won't break the bank this summer for any free agent besides their own. I doubt David Lee would go there.

Channing Frye will probably return to Phoenix. He needs a run and gun offense to be successful. The Suns are perfect for him. He's more valuable to them than anyone else.

You have the right ideas. Getting a legit starting C, a PF to replace or push Green to the bench and an outside shooter are their top 3 needs. I have no earthly idea what Sam Presti will do other than he will certainly trade some of their draft picks. They need to add veterans.

As long as OKC is signing all-star big men that average 20/10 to play backup or "situational" minutes, why don't they just sign Bosh?

I hope the Thunder do not pursue Bosh. I just can't see what's the big deal about him. Bosh to me seems soft, and the Thunder do not need another soft big.

My dream situation for the Thunder would be to somehow get a Center like Andrew Bogut. I have no idea what his contract situation is but I think he would be the PERFECT fit for the Thunder. Maybe they can trade Jeff Green (although I like him) and their picks to get Bogut. Other than a good Center the Thunder need a great pure shooter at the SG or SF position which they lacked.

Then they can sign David Lee to play the 4 (I dont know if he wants to go there but this is my dream right?)

    Westbrook / Maynor
    Thabo / Harden
    Durant / Pure Shooter
    David Lee / Ibaka
    Andrew Bogut / Ibaka

The Pure Shooter can be someone like Kyle Korver or Jason Kapono.

Wouldn't even consider Frye, the dude is the latest Steve Nash reclamation project. I like Haywood but getting benched in the playoffs at crucial times doesn't bode well for him in FAgency. Lee is a beast and would be nice but I think the Thunder need a legit defensive presence in the middle to go with their stud backcourt.
