If Kobe gets his ring this year, how is he not the GREATEST?

Plus Kobe's not even the greatest players of the decade, the past 10 years belong to two guys named Duncan and O'neal.

Not to derail this thread or anything, but you have Shaq and Wilt above Duncan? Possibly even Kobe? That surprises me.

Are you even old enough to remember who won the Finals MVP for those Faker teams?

Would you like to compare Kobe's stats verse Robert Horry's. That'll eliminate this comparison within seconds

    I'm confused.

I meant all the players are above Kobe. No particular order though. Do you not agree?

Paul Gasol a hall of famer? LOL. That's the almost worse than the Kobe vs Horry comparison. Like I said, the Lakers aren't even the most talented team in the NBA. There is no significant advantage without kobe

I just mis-read it. Honestly, I think Duncan's a top 5-7 player in NBA history. Shaq and Kobe MIGHT be top 10. I was under the impression that you thought they were tons better than Timmy. My bad.

Go ahead, and the rest of us can have a good laugh.

I like how this guy ignores all the valid arguments against kobe ever being considered the greatest, and picks and the weak arguments.

BTW i dont think jordan ever lost in the finals.....kobe has lost twice.

The most memorable is the one when the rockets won in 94-95 and they won all of their games on the road, now tell me that's not memorable.

    uh yea epic fail

having Shaq and Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom and Ron Artest and big shot Bob and Glen Rice and Karl Malone and Gary Payton thouout his career is overcoming alota adversity

u sound like a clown man EVERYBODY deals with injuries.. besides that these last couple yrs are the only times in his career hes played hurt like this wtf are u talking about?

if he wins this year hes not.. last time I checked 6 rings (Jordan) is greater than 5 (Kobe) go back to 1st grade math bud

Jordan would annihilate Kobe in his prime he was too strong, too physical and too mentally strong for Kobe to handle.. everyone knows KG is the most mentally tough player in the game and Jordan mental toughness was 10 times greater than his so yea MJ always will be the GOAT

nice accomplishment at a failed thread ;)
