do you think its a good idea to add an assistant coach to our coaching staff.

i think jeff van gundy can be a nice assistant. he would help us out a lot with our defence, while rudy runs the offence.

mike dunleavy can do the same thing.

i would like to see one of those added to our bench along with a retired big man like walton, kareem, ewing maybe? to help with our 3 projects at center.

rudy, van gundy, smith, walton, and boylen would be nice.

    thoughts?

Man I'm sorry but Jeff Van Gundy is a major prick. I've met the asswhole and he looks down his nose at people and is way too high on his ugly ass self. He might have some coaching skills but I would never want that prick in our organization.

I think a strong x's and o's type assistant is something Rudy has needed for a while. Rudy is a great communicator and motivator, but (just my opinion) has always lacked in the strategic areas of the game.

Isn't Larry Smith suppose to be a really good big man coach. I believe he worked with Hakeem and helped him develop the jump hook.

I could be wrong about all of this.

Keep Kevin Willis as a player-coach. He can serve as a backup's backup and tutor Ming and Cato at the same time.

Man I think that that would be s little steep for Les. Dunleavy and Vangundy as assistants:confused: . I think that we could use an xs and os assistant coach but it doesn't have to be one of those guys there are planty of them waiting to be discovered.

What about Del Harris? He's one of the top guys on Dallas' long coach bench.

Or what about the homecoming or Dunlevy?
