Did you actually watch the Lakers-Kings game I was referring to? It's not about the free throw disparity. Although the numbers look ridiculous, it is possible for that to still happen in a fair game. I'm talking more about things like Scot Pollard fouling out on a play where he was literally six feet away from the guy he allegedly fouled. Or Mike Bibby getting called for a foul because his stationary face got in the way of Kobe Bryant's elbow.

There's no way he's watched the Cavs in the playoffs.

As you said, Shaq is a shell of his former self. It's very disappointing to see as a Cavs fan. He has serious trouble scoring 4ft from the basket. I almost feel embarrassed for him. Not to mention he's a foul magnet. I hope he can get rejuvenated against the Magic and Lakers if we're so lucky to get there.

And Mo...to say he's not hurting the team would be a step up from game 2. Yikes. I thought his first game outburst was a turning point for him but I guess not.

I can understand being in a big market helps sale in North America. But I don't see how it matters for international fans. There are as many broadcast games for Cavs as Lakers.

LeBron's status is much forced fed. And from Nike to the league, they are actually using Kobe's popularity to help LeBron's campaign by putting them in the same commercial.

If it were not Mo, Celtics would have a commanding 2:0 lead now. LBJ didn't perform himself, simply as that. I wonder why the teammates were always to blame when they lost a game.

Shaq was an 18/8 all star last year shooting a high %. He's been declining every year but not in a slump like this year.

It all goes back to that topic, who did LBJ make better?

Shaq has missed the last 30 games of this season. I'll give him a little slack for that being the reason he's been lackluster in the playoffs. He's also averaged the lowest minutes of his career (5 minutes fewer than the next lowest season). And if you watched any of the playoffs you would have seen Shaq struggle to back into the post without picking up a foul or missing a 2 ft turnaround toss up.

Mo played great in game 1. No one said Lebron did it himself. In fact the media made a big deal out his dunk being a turning point. In game 2 he jacked up contested shot after contested shot. Fast break, 3 on 2....pull up jumper with a hand in his face...I don't know what he was thinking. If Mo gets credit for game 1 he can shoulder some of the blame in game 2.

Lebron should have played more aggressively in game 2. Game 2 was proof that unless he takes on most of the responsibility the rest of his team will not step up or take any initiative. They are all waiting for him to push them. Only Hickson (which I wish would get a lot more minutes this series...Mike Brown is an idiot) seemed inspired.

BTW, you should watch some games before making assumptions on what did or didn't happen. Otherwise your opinions will continue to be worthless.

Do you think JJ Hickson should get more minutes? Charles was saying he thinks to matchup with the Celtics that Varejao and Hickson should play together more in this series.

As for Mo, the Cavs go as he goes imo. I think he's the x-factor to if the Cavs can win a title or not. He has to be more consistent.

If you guys think Lebron is over-hyped now, imagine if he joins the Knicks.

The question is, is Shane Battier an intangible?

I don't want to. I'd rather have him move to some place secluded like Minnesota.

Maybe you should've watched game 5. Lebron was 0-4 on the 1st half and only took 14 shots. The "KING" was very unlike himself. Didn't this team win 60 games?????

It's time for LeBron to step it up. If he doesn't win anything, then he will lose a lot of respect from all the fans out there in the world. Does this guy even care about the NBA right now? Or does he just care about all the things that come with a NBA superstar....

If the Cavs lose this series it will be a very long summer for Lebron. All those hypes will turn into criticisms in no time.

You did exactly what I said you would do, I'm amazed. Did you read the post I replied to? Follow the discussion? I broke it down point by point and you've replied w/ a non-sequitur.

In any case, I've made my thoughts clear on game 5. He played like garbage, and did not show any effort. I've expounded on it in other threads. It is convenient of you to take a break during game 3 and come back to it now though.

Well it doesn't matter anymore because Lebron's season is again over. Once again he's at home making commercials while Kobe's chasing down another ring. Maybe next season

I just don't understand the way sports fans think sometimes.

How can a basketball fan watch LeBron James play and not be in awe of his talents?

How bitter does a basketball fan have to be to see all that unbelievable potential for greatness and actually root for it to be squandered away?

Lebron needs to lock himself in the gym this summer and shoot 500 jumpers a day. If he had a consistent jumper, he would be nearly unstoppable.
