What I'm curious to know is what are you be using 12gb for? The $184 Corsair 6gb should do it.

Do you plan on overclocking? If not, 1333MHz should be plenty. Depending on the application, the performance difference between ddr1333 and 1600 is usually small and unnoticeable. Though if the price difference is small, getting 1600MHz modules wouldn't hurt.

Out of the ones you've listed, I would go for the $185 corsair. A shame that only 1 rebate per household though.

If you're set on getting fast ram, Mushkin Enhanced 1600MHz is only $395 shipped after coupon code 'TWENTY'. Good price for 6-8-6-24 modules with cool heatspreaders. Though make sure the tall heatspreader won't interfere with your CPU heatsink.
