I hate Sriracha. Anything that gets put on automatically goes in the garbage for me. It's not really hot, it's just garlic. Normally I love garlic, but put that much sugar with it and YUCK. The chilis they use taste like they came out of a sweaty sock drawer.
Hot sauces really depends on what you are eating. Different food = different sauce. If it is some type of Mexican food, then nothing beats this: If it is fried chicken, then nothing beats this: If its eggs, then nothing beats this:
Cholula is a poster on flyertalk.com. I've always wanted to try his sauce, but I haven't seen it in Europe.
always use that on my burritos. been using it for many years. it's milder than any of the other tobascos really.. to me, it's more of a tart/citrus type flavor than a hot sauce. just a tiny amount of spice to it. But I love it..
I love Cholula and eat LA. Hot Sauce and Red Devil because I love the flavor and they're cheap... I have tried the Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce w/ my CHipotle burrito and it was pretty tasty... Sirachi sauce is a unique taste, and will have it on occasion, but my cousin in Dallas turned me on to this Spicy Tomatillo green salsa in the Latin isle at Walmart (starts with an "S")...it's in a plastic bottle, kind of like a mini-2 liter...It's really spicy, not too expensive, but sooo awesome...couldn't find it in Pearland or Chattanooga walmart...

You guys are crazy. I start breathing fire and looking for a bucket of water if I accidentally chew a black peppercorn.
