I think of it this way: If we were to meet aliens, (i.e., ships flying around and above our cities), then by definition they are peaceful. Otherwise, if they were hostile, they would have killed us already with a biologic agent - launched from a small scout ship well hidden from our satellites and telescopes. There is no way an advanced species ever needs to "get their hands dirty" with such a direct encounter. So, if we start dying from an incurable flu, that is proof of aliens.

here's a concept people are ignoring... what if the human species was put here by ancestors... say from ... mars? Or even a further location? Which advanced technological societies that can space travel long distances... terraforming a planet is a snap right?

I am a believer of the Dulce, NM base. Something very sinister seems to be going on there. Whenever someone goes out to the public to reveal top secret information regarding ET's, men in black, or even Dulce, NM.... the government shuts them up for good.

he's right in a way. BTW if I expressed this opinion in D&D I'd be called a conspiracy theorist. Throughout history peaceful, utopian societies were always infiltrated and taken over by violent, more weaponized tribes. America was shaped using this practice. Religion divides us and leads to idiotic wars. If aliens were enlightened and already had their own sustainable, utopian society, why would they come here? Only the sadistic, resource depleted ETs would come here looking to conquer us. Basic social Darwinism.
The Bible's origins may be completely unknown but it's fairly obvious something beyond our realm of understanding is going on here, something that was foreshadowed in the Bible. If you believe everything you are told by the media instead of thinking for yourself, you are as naive as the majority of human beings have been throughout history. I agree that if ETs come it will be some setup that will cause us to go into 'mark of the beast' era, denoted by the RFID brain microchip (it's in many sci-fi movies and in mainstream media). It has to happen soon, otherwise the 'coincidental' incremental process of big machines turning into very small machines will have made no sense. Whoever is controlling this system wants us chipped badly, but it will take a massive crisis such as an ET invasion for us to be willing to do something so drastic. We must be smarter than ever and far more distrusting of the establishment.
Sort of off topic but did you guys know that Voyager 1 is so far away from us now that if traveling at the speed of light it would take 33 hours to get to it from here. They believe that in a decade or so it will be completely outside the solar system. There is another probe we've sent well on its way to Pluto. It's already closer to Pluto than Earth. That'll be interesting to see what that looks like.
