wasn't it pretty obvious that krstic hit the ball before kobe dropped it? i wondered why they made the original call.
True, I think Odom will eventually get it going in this series. If not the Lakers could be in big trouble.
It's not strength that's the issue. It's the length and athleticism. Ibaka plays much taller and moves his feet better so even if Odom gets away from him initially, Ibaka recovers. Odom had a big advantage against Landry when he put the ball on the floor.
the lakers have cut the lead now only 12 points, the thunder have got to be worried, still a winnable game for la lakers if they can slow down the game tempo and pound the ball inside the paint to bynum/gasol
It was the correct call but not many players will get that call reversed. The fact that it was Kobe complaining had a lot to do with the refs reversing it.
I guess the Lakers can be fortunate they are only down 13. They stopped going to Gasol in the 2nd quarter after he had a pretty good first q and Bynum had a pretty good half. Other than that, it's been bad for the Lakers on both sides. Not playing very much defense.
haha, IF the Lakers even manage to get passed the Thunder this year there is no way they win a title, I'm starting to doubt their return to the NBA finals as it is. This year belongs to the Magic or Cavs.
oh so me prefering to root for the lakers has made me infamous on this biased laker hating board!!! thats unfair to the rocket-laker fans they cannot freely post here when the rockets-laker haters contnually harass them for supporting the cleary better team
Jeff Green is getting traded this off season. He just doesnt have what it takes to be an important piece of this team.
Eh a lot of his shots were just bad luck. His penetration was fine it just wasnt going in. I think he has a place but yea eventually Ibaka will surpass him and make Green expendable. I still think Green is a good player its just that the guy behind him has the potential to be much better.
