    Why not? If he's the player the Texans like the most among the rest, then he's BPA. Obviously, neither the Texans nor any other team at this point still has a so-called "big board" anymore. They basically identify players they like and feel fits their needs. And rank them.

    How the league in general view this player is irrelevant. Because at this point it's not nearly the science of positioning and educated guessing that teams do in the first rounds.

    A player can be a "beast" and still not be that good. This guy seems like someone with raw talent. Probably didn't do much of a job cultivating that talent at Miami. But hey, our coaching staff's paid to make him realize that talent.
