I believe it starts at 530 today, in order to fit both rounds in.

The draft continues today at 5 PM CST.

They still need help on the defensive line and offensive line, and obviously could use any help at the skill positions they can get.

Bruce Campbell out of Maryland is an athletic project that a lot of people thought they would go after, Linval Joseph is a project DT with size and speed.

Who knows. Davis for all his faults has been a pretty solid drafter in the latter rounds, he just keeps failing in the first round.

Yeah, hate to tell you this Manny, but Demaryius Thomas is a big question mark. One of those athletic freaks who needs to learn how to run routes and hold onto the ball. I think sooner than later the Broncos are going to look back on this draft and say "WTF?"

Jets are legit. If Kyle Wilson anchors the side of the field across from Revis island, they could be better than the 2000 Ravens.

Imagine if they drafted a Safety that could lay some wood in the 2nd round...

There's a lot of irony in Reggie Bush's take on the draft last night:

    http://twitter.com/reggie_bush

Um, no Reggie - I'm pretty sure most of us realized that some desperate-for-attention team would reach and take Tebow early in the draft. The "knocks" were about the kind of player people think he will be on the field. But I suppose it's only fitting for Reggie Bush to think the "last laugh" is determined by where the player is drafted, as opposed to his actual NFL play. Quite convenient for him... :)

    Best Picks:
    1. Seattle: Okung and Thomas - 2 Absolute Studs
    2. Titans: Derrick Morgan - They needed a pass rusher and got the best one.
    3. Jets: Kyle Wilson - Revis/Wilson at CBs is ridiculous.

    Worst Picks:
    1. Jaguars: Tyson Alualu - A 2nd rounder picked #10 overall.
    2. Broncos: Tim Tebow - Trading down is good, trading back up for Tebow is downright dumb.
    3. Bills: CJ Spiller - Having a homerun threat at RB is nice, but they have HUGE holes on both lines.

Agreed, especially with Buffalo. How could they pass up Davis with that atrocious o-line? Even one of the pass rushers would have been huge. They already have talent at running back as well...just no holes to run through.

I'd throw Oakland/Mcclain in the best picks too just because they finally did something logical in the draft.

How would you grade the Pat's draft? Some people I talked to said they should have settled after the first trade down and got Bryant. Some said BB needs to get shipped out for getting a CB when we needed a pass rusher. Finally some people said that getting a CB was the best "value" pick as the CBs left on board are low quality but there are still some good pass rushers available. What do you think?

I figured Bryant as a Patriot was a foregone conclusion with Moss getting older and Welker's torn ACL.

As a Cowboys fan I am pretty stoked about the Dez Bryant pick.

We need a lineman and a safety, but it was too expensive to trade up to get Earl Thomas and all the stud linemen were off the board after pick 20 or so (I consider Iupati the last in that group, don't remember the exact number he was taken)

The Cowboys move back 29 spots but can still pull two quality prospects with their 2 fourth rounders.

Hope we go safety (Nate Allen, Mays or whoever falls) in round 2.

This is a gamble, but if it works out, Austin/Bryant/Felix Jones/Marion Barber/Tashard Choice/Jason Witten/Roy Williams and Tony Romo make up potentially the most explosive group in the league.

God help us if the Jets land Taylor Mays.

What was ever the deal with the Dez Bryant kid? I know he took a lot of flak (that was completely and utterly r****ded) for the Deion Sanders meeting, but it seems like the scouts just want to find anything wrong with him.

I hear about him taking plays off sometimes as one of the knocks on him, but then he's supposed to immature now too? why?

No kidding. That defense would take his learning curve to damn near zero and let him just be a giant bulldozer with a ferrari engine.

LOL at those saying BB should get shipped out for drafting a CB, that maybe one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

I have to admit, the 10 yr old in me wishes the Browns could have gotten Tebow. But we got another Gator (Joe Haden) so that was a nice coincidence.

There were concerns about him being overweight and being late not just to practices but to games as well. My main concern about him is his love for the game-does he really enjoy playing football considering he shows up late to games? If he sees it more as just a means to make a living rather than something he legitimately loves doing, then it doesn't matter how talented he is he'll never really go anywhere.
