its cool to see that Daryl is making friends with the new Rockets like Kevin Martin. I bet they were swapping some Jamario Moon jokes
hint hint: Jeffries is gone. But this is something most people probably expect. $7 million dollars expiring (or whatever the amount is), should be very helpful in netting someone for the Rockets. Should make for a fairly interesting offseason at least
Hilton has that look on his face in the pic like he just doesn't belong Oh, and yeah: Thanx Morey
I am not sure that many would take him at that price, I think Hayes staying only happens if Jeffries is traded. If Jeffries comes back, I think they release Chuck...they are the same type of player....you only need one. DD
If Jeffries contract is not used in a S&T, would it be possible for him to opt out of the last year in return for a longer term contract at a lower rate? Just curious...
If the Rockets move him I think it's more likely they use his expiring contract to take on a player with a longer term deal.

I honestly don't know...Chuck's situation is weak in that he has a team option on his contract, but is the more KNOWN player for the Rockets. Jeffries has a bigger guaranteed deal, if they don't trade him, I expect him to be here and Hayes released. DD
