Another good one is http://www.apartments.com . You can really narrow down the location you want to live in. ...And damn... $500 apartments. I'd be lucky to find a $1000 efficiency in the DC area.
Well I use ATT Broadband Cable, and I live by the galleria. But if you live in Addison or NOrth Dallas, it's a different company..maybe TCI. Just go to www.getconnected.com and you can find the best deals.
League pass is only offered via direct tv satellite which has 3 providers...direct TV, DISH and some other one.
They haven't had any crime problems...if it is, it has been pretty rare. We are always aware of it by Lincoln Properties (owners of The Village). At the Village, they use ATT. It is also them and Cox Communications. They don't have Time Warner up here. If you live at the Village, they have an awesome deal on cable w/ ATT.
And they offer a better deal than DirectTV, Dish, etc. They offered it 20 dollars less than everyone else last season. It might be the same for this upcoming season too..
Some do, but you'd have to check with the apt. complex. Some offer digital cable, and some are offering satellite TV now, so in either of those cases, you could get the league pass. Also, some apts. will allow you to purchase your own satellite dish service. Which reminds me, I have a coworker that is an independant distributor of Dish Network systems. He hooked me up pretty good. So if you ever get in the market for one, email me. I'll see what he can do.
