I know we made a thread on this a while back but it's here. I am eating it right now for lunch and it's surprisingly good. I'll try to post in half an hour so you guys know that I'm still alive
cals and fat really arent high enough to warrant heart attack/dead labels. A hot dog roll up, however, is.
oh it's ok since I chose to get water with my combo instead of a soft drink. That in itself should keep from dialing 911
only 560 cals and 32 grams of fat in it. that's like an average cheeseburger. must be tiny. there mac and cheese also has a disturbingly low amount of calories (180) and fat. must be all chemicals.
Chicken is lean meat so it's not as bad for you as you might think. Hell the worst thing on it is the cheese. The sodium comes mostly from the bacon I'm willing to bet.
What you need to do is get two more and use them as bread. Two Double Downs sandwiching a third. Now we're talking clogged arteries.
Fried chicken is 100% of the time exactly as bad for you as you might think. But the sandwich itself is actually healthier than a lot of stuff you'd find at McD's, BK, or JITB... mostly because of the fact it's white meat chicken.
Bah! What kills Americans in our diet is sugar. You'll notice that if you eat something sugary you can keep eating it, but something fatty kills your appetite, right? That's because fatty food sends a message to your brain - ok, we're full now. So eating fatty food is kind of self-regulating, whereas sugary food isn't because we aren't evolved to process that much sugar.
I got one yesterday, its was hello good, was suprised ot wasn't as greasy as I thought it was going to be and I got the original kind. Its another one of things I may just get once a year, just like a Cinnabon
I do not care what about what all of these health food nuts say, but that (not really) a sandwich was kind of good. I especially enjoyed the two chicken patties, it also did hurt to have it with a couple of grilled wings.
