Carter is hands down the flashiest in game dunkers. He is the only NBA player to be able to pull off these tricks in game.

everytime there is a dunk thread someone brings up this guy.. yes he's a amazing dunker but his dunk lacks the power of Carters. This guy is all hangtime and air. Vince had the power, finesse, and the ability to pull it off in GAME!
