I feel bad charging people that much. like I do jobs for $20 but they're infrequent jobs for people I know, but I suppose I could up the ante for referrals via word of mouth.

What is a reasonable price to charge then?

what do y'all think about the spamming the neighbor approach with the classic flyer on the door or in the mailbox deal?

I don't know how well it'd work since they don't know me this way other than the fact that I'm in their neighborhood (and could put something to that effect)

I'll be doing the name in the neighborhood newsletter soon, would that help to reinforce it?

and then perhaps... whoever's comp I work on in the future tell them I'm trying to make some money for blah blah and to pass my card on?
