That too would work against #1. Switching religions is always a super touchy subject, especially if family is involved.
how old are you? are you ready for an instant family? the girl you work with, how far away is her work area from yours? Do you work in the same department? Do you see her everyday? are the walls closing in? religion will eventually become an issue, how severe depends on you and your lady friend.
