Think about it all the great BIG MEN that have come through Houston and all the success these big men have had here in Houston. It's about time that the Houston Rockets had there own 'International Big Men's Camp', every Summer during the offseason. Think about the Coaches............... Rudy T., C. Dawson,Larry Smith, Elvin Hayes,M.Malone, Jim Peterson, Ralph Sampson and Hakeem. Don't you think it would be a big draw and be a success? They could even invite the Chinese Coaches to study and they could bring their future prospects!

Good idea! I was thinking about all of the great shooters also...C. Murphy, R. Barry, Rudy T, Mike Newlin, Kenny Smith, etc.

We've really had some great players and teams.

Someone mentioned you can't have a person from the NBA teaching in a camp. They mentioned the Houston Cougar coach.(Guy Lewis, right?) That's probably why we don't have an official camp here. Though we proabably have some sort of "thing" going on.

Shark44 are you really Mike Newlin? I ask this because when he fills in for Murphy on tv, they call him the shark :D
