But yet he leads this category.Might be the all time leader with no one having a chance to catch up ala Stockton and his assist record

Lots of guys won't try to block dunks for fear of getting posterized. Shouldn't rag on guys willing to try and stop a dunk. Incidently, I read that the player who gets his shots blocked the most is Reggie Evans.
I remember reading a stat a few years ago that Jermaine O'Neal was by far the most dunked upon player in the NBA. This was during his prime; I don't know if it's still true today.
In the famous Phi Slama Jama UH vs Louisville game, everyone was getting dunked on left and right. Thats because everyone on both teams challenged the dunks. In football, at the goalline would you rather the cornerback challenge the bruising ball carrier, or waltz right past him without touching him. Dunking on someone is still a powerful move, though.
Man, I'm with you 100%! Guys get dunked on because they are in the lane all the time since they are shot blockers! Is there really shameful to get dunked on? Isn't it worse to not try and get out of the way like MJ? That's just the nature of the beast. Shaq doesn't get dunked on because he will either foul or not even be in the picture!
