Hubie Brown has always been one of my favorite announcers. He always gives the Rockets alot of props!
whoa... i swear the arena was almost empty last time i saw... now i look at the arena and there's a ton of people. People must have been late to the game? lol
It's not that easy because you still have to account for Scola's hook shot. Scola is just a tough cover on the block because of his footwork and variety of release points. If he was 6'11" with long arms, he'd be the spitting image of Kevin Mchale.
They probably didn't get the memo that tip off was at 7. My friend just got to the game and thought that the game started at 7:30. LOL
Agree...whoever wants to learn NBA basketball should listen to Hubie, he will breakdown the simplest of plays like a professor.
Brooks scored a 3 while at the same time Scola drew a foul that was whistled at the same time. Scola scored the FT after the foul call resulting in the Rocket's first 4 point play of the night.
GREAT first half! nice D over some stretches...and BTW I didn't remember Deron Williams was that ugly looking...
Makes since, glad someone with more basketball sense than me could explain it. Wonder why more players don't incorporate that scoop shot? Is it a euroleague thing?
