I'm gonna go drive to the Angel Beds place and see if I like their beds. If I do, then I got a new bed. :D

I bought a 2 inch memory foam for $70 from overstock about 4 years ago. it greatly improved my sleep. i loved that thing. but then it got damaged during IKE and i haven't slept that good since. for $70, it was the best bang for my buck i could ever have asked for.

it's probably time i get a new one.

I used to have one of those memory foam mattress toppers from overstock but after a few months I noticed it lost much of its firmness. I rotated it and all that, but it became pretty useless after awhile because I was sinking way too much.

Anyways, this was with those mattress tops, was wondering if a full tempurpedic mattress will have the same problems?

Also look into a Latex mattress.
What is the difference between natural latex and memory foam?
The natural latex rubber used in our mattresses is derived from the sap of the rubber tree, while memory foam is a chemically produced synthetic petroleum product. Natural latex is safer for people with chemical sensitivities, is more durable, and normally outlasts memory foam. Most people find natural latex more comfortable as memory foam does not circulate heat effectively and has a sinking feeling. The latex in our mattresses is breathable, resilient and conforming for the best night’s sleep possible.

Check out this place. I bought a conventional mattress from them early this year; also they're made in the USA: http://www.mygreenmattress.com/view_products/mattress_collection.htm

I have also ordered from this place and was satisfied with the mattress. Again, also bought a conventional coil mattress but they carry memory foam mattresses as well: http://shop.keetsa.com/#FI

Its called the "sleep better store", and if you do go by, ask if Larry is there.

Let me also lend my name to the supporters of Tempurpedic. You will never sleep so well, and with a 20-year warranty, you have time to save up for your next one.

We bought the King Rhapsody (With pillows, bed frame, etc., I believe it ended up close to 5k). We're not loaded by any stretch, but it's hard NOT to sleep on this thing. It's well worth it.

Just FYI, A king size "riveria" at my friends site is approx half of that...shows the comparison to the rhapsody as well.

Im probably in the minority but I couldn't deal with a bed that conforms to my body. I don't even like sleeping with t-shirts on because I feel suffocated. I like freedom of movement rather than getting stuck in one position all night.

I would look into a latex bed. Got one 1.5 years ago for school and whenever I go home, I sleep noticeably worse. Latex is well worth the money.

I'm interested in latex beds, but I'm not that familiar with any of the brands/what exactly to look for/where to buy from.
