LOL @ people gathering somewhere to do this "historic event" when they could have stayed home and not used up gas in their cars... :grin:
Lights will probably be off, but my 42" LCD will be rocking in the living room, computer running in the study with 2 22" LCD's on, probably running through a game of Bad COmpany 2....while microwaving a burrito, and heating up a pizza in the oven, with clothes being washed and dried.
See, it's stuff like this which proves that the concept of 'survival of the fittest' no longer applies to human beings.
i heard about this on the radio the other day. clearly this had to have been organized by either somebody with too much money, somebody not from the US, or both. maybe i'm sheltered, but i don't know anyone (who pays their own electric bill) who doesn't shut off the lights when they leave a room
It was the Rockets vs Lakers...till some time in the fourth when a buddy of mine wanted to play some BC2. lol.
