Honestly tho I think we have the best strategy right now.

Start a 6'6" center and back him up with a 6'6" center.

It was good enough to lose to the Clippers and watch 6'8" Craig Smith have a superstar game!

A bit off topic but why would the Rockets want Wall? He's a stud but we already have Martin/Brooks/Lowry. Maybe Turner would be better..

Brooks can be solid but Wall has superstar playmaker potential.

Getting Wall could allow us to move Brooks for a good backup center and give us one of the most dangerous cores in the game.

You can draft Wall and potentially trade him + fillers for some other asset that you want.

Martin is not a PG and Brooks is not a true PG.

A starting line up of Brooks/Martin/Turner would get killed defensively.

I really think we needz to get a Nash/Kidd type playmaker that can score on demand if needed but would rather setup teammates.

Thank you for playing last year's NBA lotto.

This year, everyone is playing for their franchise PF/C plus Wall/Turner.

So you're saying Wall can play defense better?

Perhaps the Rockets can draft Cousins instead..

Morey better draft a shotblocker with some size, now is the time especially with yao as a big question mark coming back and his injury history.

You have pryzbilla in cole aldrich, mutumbo in solomon alabi, camby in hassan whiteside and ratliff in larry sanders.

Oh boy! A whole 1.96%, and that's in the ideal scenario! That's great, let's go for it guys! I mean sure, at the moment, there's 24 other teams ahead of us right now, but we got a chance! A CHANCE!!! Hoooooraaaaay

    Wall is Derrick Rose 2.0.

Rose == Brooks, more or less.

If you do get the #1 pick, you of course have to draft John Wall, but I think you wind up trading him if you somehow get him.

Of course, we're not getting the #1 pick, so it's a moot point.

brooks is solid but can he really lead us to a chip if he can't defend, has a streaky shot, and has little passing ability?

i think the sign of a great PG is one who can run the pick and roll, but brooks struggles to make passes your average PG should make.

    Oh yeah!
    Let's imagine this:
We get 11th pick finally... and the 12th,13th,14th get the top 3 slots.

Have to outlose the Bulls or Hornets for that and that's not super likely.

    This is sad, very sad.

    But true. :(

I think Morey would do a whale of a job with a near or top 10 pick. No playoffs for us so, bring on the tiny white balls! ;)
