Tunes that Rule (From the perspective of a middle aged white guy)

This was one of my favorite songs back in college. Even though other songs have replaced it at the top of that list in intervening years, it is still a tune that rules.

Here are two very excellent videos of Deep Purple's song - Space Truckin.

Seriously now, this song rocks.

The first version is a really well done music video that some guy did with his own film clips. This is really great. He must have spent an awful lot of time on this. It is pretty funny too.

The second version was prepared for the animated series "Cowboy Bebop". This is excellent as well, and if I did not find the first clip so amusing, I almost certainly would have placed this version first.
