When we get a healthy Yao next season, all will be fine again. We don't really need an upgrade, we only need to make sure that Hill works on a few things. He needs to learn how not to get lost on defensive rotations (Garnett got like 3 free shots last game because of this), he needs to work on that jumper more so he has the confidence to make it during games, and he also needs to get stronger so he won't be abused by the bigger guys.

landry is long gone, please get over it...i guess you think having him and subtracting martin and hill we would be looking great tonight, all our defense problems would be solved

Except that our starters were playing very well in our 4 game winning streak and have generally played well since the trade.

Want to talk about poor coaching, d'toni and his defensive philosophy.

Of course they have. But they sucked it up tonight in the first quarter meanwhile the bench came out and exploded for a 45 point quarter.

Just pointing out that there might need to be a few adjustments made.

Thats because on the PnR he always tries to switch.

hey refs, it's cool if you call the knicks for a reach once in a while.

But hill sint a center just because you label him as such. We have no real center. no matter who we put in we're putting in a pf, except for DA. So we're matching up regardless, we have to, we have no center.

And look at your examples. Bargs and Okur are three point shooters, they dont like to bang inside, they are perimeter oriented and i dont mean out to 15 feet, but 20+, that is not Lee. He goes out to 15 or so, sometimes hit sa three here and there, but he's much more of an inside player than those other two, not the same thing and not the same matchup issue.

Adjustments to the predetermined lineups? Or adjustments throughout the game?

Great potential... good role player now, but taken back by injuries. With the success that Duke has had the past decades, you would of thought that would of come out with more illustrious list of pros.

i like douglas holding his hand up after that 3 like it wasn't a terrible shot that just happened to bank in.

And I get flamed for saying I'd love to see David Lee here.

    27 points 16 rebounds 5 assists.

    He's dominant.

defense is horrible....we'll see next game, assuming battier misses it, if that's a signficant reason for this problem. These guys arent even contesting open jumpers....except for jeffries, righ tnow

For a lottery pick... I expected more from him. Someone with tangibles, not just the intangibles.

Don't get me wrong though, I love his contribution to the team.
