The only downer was Tracy McGrady, who came down wrong on his leg and seemed less than active. He went scoreless, going 0-for-7 in 28:34. He didn't play the fourth quarter in the game before his showdown vs. the Rockets, who traded him after a feud Feb. 18. McGrady said he will be ready to go tomorrow. I wonder how many people think Tmac would've helped us be a better team. I don't think there is anyone more inconsistent in the league right now and this is with all the extra time the Rockets management allowed him to 'rehab'. Imagine if we started playing him when he started whining about it.
the only thing im a 'hater' for is your poor spelling. i dont hate t-mac. i just think she is an unprofessional, heartless, big-mouth, selfish, mentally weak individual. EDIT: for the record, i am absolutely loving watching him make a jackass out of himself up in new york. all his talk about how he was feeling as good as ever and how the rockets were holding him back...all his selfish behavior and disruptions...he gets the green light and he falls on his face. as a rockets fan, its just a real pleasure to see!
It is not like I'm on the other side. I am just tired, as a fan I am tired. He has been saying that forever. New injury and he always says 'I will be back better than ever'. Than he is looking for new excuses. Shut up and play. So far he has been just bad. As for the Houston game. I don't care what he says. He has circeled that game in his calendar. But will he play well? Very unlikely. He is comming of a 0 pts game and has has regressed in every game so far. It may not be shocking after that diffucult surgery but at least you gotta shut up and try to go through it.
Mac finished the game with 15 points on 6-11 shooting. He also had the highest +/- out of everyone on the Knicks.
Good for McGrady. I expected him to try harder today than he normally does because he HAD to be saving his energy against the Sixers on Friday. But in the last 5 mins of the game when it mattered, he was 0/2 and did zippo. So glad he's gone.
For a guy with almost no lateral quickness and very little lift, he did pretty well. But he doesn't appear to have the ability to shift into a higher gear when the game becomes more tightly contested.
not his fault they wouldn't give him the ball. it's funny how people hate on t-mac for being a "ballhog" and when he's playing like a team player and distributing the ball well, people say he "doesn't care" and "doesn't try." so what is it all you people expect? do you want him to dominate the ball or be a team player?
