i just got a new tv in my room and i need a ps3. i searched for an hour today and called at least 15 places, but unfortunately they were sold out everwhere.. anyone know any legit places that have some???
It may not help you, but I hear Sony is trying to make a big push to meet the demand. Don't know how soon they'll be out though.
Craigslist usually has some nice bundles from people desperate for cash and they usually want a quick transaction.
You can't find a PS3 in a port city as big as Houston? You aren't trying hard enough. Saw some at Wal-Mart today (although I'm in the DFW area). They are out there.
i have a broken one that doesn't read any discs I will sell to you for $120. Come on man, be a do it yourselfer and save some money.

My friend dealt with the same problem actually. He was gonna get hilmself one for his birthday earlier this month and everywhere he looked was out of PS3's. He said he called Best Buy and they told him they got shipments Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can call them and ask them to hold one for you so they don't run out.
I went through this a couple of weeks back. Couldn't find the damn thing anywhere, including online. I almost gave up but then one day it was in stock on Amazon and I snagged it. Overnight shipping for less than the price of what tax would have been in the store, and I had it the next day.
I called the RadioShack on Lyons, and the lady looked up the skew number and found that NO stores have it in stock.
