I've gotten used to drinking bottled water over the last 5 to 6 years... people usually say that bottled water is pretty much tap water but I find it different for whatever reason. Where do you drink your water from?

If I'm at home, I drink tap.

Only drink water bottles if I'm going somewhere.

I'm a cheap ass, which is probably why.

The water in my Oregon town is awesome... so sweet and cold, and straight from the snows and springs of the Cascades near Crater Lake. I love my tap water.

(I drank bottled during my years in NM and AZ... AZ tap water is horrible.)

I drink bottled water. I don't think 20 bottles for 4 bucks is much of an expense. especially when the tap water taste terrible.

Used to get it from the fridge, but our filter broke, so we had a faucet filter for awhile, but it weighed down the faucet. Now we're drinking bottled water.

My 8th grade science fair project was on the cleanliness of bottled water, tap water, etc..

From a bacterial/viral perspective there's zero difference and depending on the type of bottled water it was actually significantly worse in many cases. Bottled water like ozarka is honestly nothing but untreated tap water. From what I recall, that fancy Fiji bottled water was completely terrible. (like much worse than the others) while aquafina was the cleanest. Tap water wasnt far behind its generally pretty clean. Then again all I did was take gram stains of the water so theres no analysis of what specific types of bacteria were in it, only that there was or was not bacteria.

Then again that's my 8th grade project that I did so long ago so its probably not exactly that useful.

I boil my water first, let it cool, then drink it. When I was a child my parents boiled it in a kettle. Now I boil it in a coffee maker (I don't drink coffee).

I just started drinking water regularly now. I usually go through 6-8 bottles of water a day.

Before, I wouldn't even drink water at all. I would go through 5 cans of Dr. Pepper a day!

Water is water mother****er...your immune system is there for a reason. H2o doesn't change with any filtration or any crap. If I'm thirsty, pull the hose out, its all good.

Public drinking water has standards to keep up to. I figure that and a water filter will keep the water cold and me unpoisoned.

I drink distilled water only. Havn't had tap water since I was a kid. I also would not buy desani or something comprable, it's filtered tap water, I could do that at home if I wanted. Steam distilled is the purest form, so that's why I drink it.

I drank water from everywhere when I was still in Houston. Bottled water, tap, UH fountains, you name it. Not from the bathroom though, for some reason that just doesn't do it for me.

Now I only drink purchased water. Can't afford to drink tap where I'm at.
