`Anna Nicole'scores bigin the ratings Sunday's premiere of The Anna Nicole Show averaged 3 million viewers, more than four times the audience E! Entertainment usually receives in prime time. According to Nielsen Media Research, the show scored a 2.1 rating in households and a 1.5 rating among adults 18-49 -- impressive for the cable channel but not impressive against shows that air on broadcast TV. The show managed a 3.1 household rating and a 2.1 rating among adults 18 to 49 in E!'s universe -- which is people who get cable, have E! on their cable system and watched the show. The time period Anna Nicole took over was averaging a 0.7 rating in E!'s universe, according to the trade paper Electronic Media. Preliminary numbers showed Anna Nicole drawing an Ozzy Osbourne-defeating 5.5 rating, reflecting the viewership in 55 metered markets. The adjusted numbers include all markets.
yeah, but the real litmus test will be what the ratings are like next week... i'm sure many people (like myself) tuned in out of curiosity to see what the show would be like... but after seeing the poor quality of programming, how many return viewers will there be?
The reason she has no money is the Courts. Cali Court awarded her like 492 Mill. BUT HE DIDN'T LIVE NOR DIE IN CALI. He lived in Texas and Died in Texas. The word on the street was that they never lived together. He in houston . . she in Cali. I heard alot about the way she treated him which was pretty f*cking ruthless. She was reported to be OBVIOUSLY sleeping around [not even attempting to hide it . .it what i mean.] So . . nnaaa I ain't supporting her at all. Rocket River that includes watching her trashy *ss show
Anyone see Jay Leno last night? He was dogging her good. He said that there were some other titles for her show that they thought about: "My weight is 90210" "Dog eat Hot Dog" I can't remember the rest, but it was very funny.
Several years ago, I use to think she was PHAT, ....now she is gross and plain FAT!...I was watching her on Foxnews...whoa! Have yall seen how big she is now?
There can't be that many. After all, the XFL had high ratings after the first week, when people tuned it to see what it was all about. Once they saw how bad and disinteresting it was, people stopped watching it and the ratings plummeted, down to the lowest levels ever for a show on network TV. I imagine that the Anna Nicole show will do much the same, though it'll probably still be a boost on E!'s normal ratings for that time slot.
E! sure has all their eggs in one basket... they play that same episode 2x a night every night of the week! geez!
