    I want to go somewhere for crawfish today after work before all the green beer tonight.

    What places do you guys recommend? Is it even crawfish season yet?

    anywhere in houston really, mainly inner loop and the west side. I'm talking about boiled crawfish.

    I hear good things about Boiling Crab...

    washington & i-10 = mardi gras cafe
    richmond & chimney rock = woodrows, samsboat
    bellaire & bw8 = boiling crab

    If you're looking for a slightly upscale feel, with great food at around $20 - $25 per entree, Magnolia Bar & Grill is excellent.

    Kentucky Club on Fountain View has really good crawfish.

    Heard Mardi Gras is charging $7+ per pound, that's pretty darn expensive.

    O'Cajcens in Pearland near Friendswood (518 and Dixie Farm Road). They changed owners, and they aren't as good as they used to be, but they are still about twice as good as Boiling Crab and ten times better than any of those places that just sprinkles seasoning on after they are cooked.
