Well for that lady it just got worse, it is now a TABC issue too. The truck she was driving was not in her name, it was in her sons name. The cops already filed my report with the state, and my insurance company already has a copy with lawyers on the case. My insurance company has already come out to look at the car, and they pretty much said totaled. Also they told me to get a personal injury lawyer because they can only do so much in that department. They said when I choose a lawyer to have him contact them, and they promise to work with him to help me get the maximum allowed to come back to me. I honestly didn't realize how bad the damage was last night lol. Im glad I reinforced my frame.
In a society where most people think it is a joke if they get pulled over under any circumstance, we are lucky to have what we have.
