Jalen Rose has a crossover and a killer jump shot similar to Cuttino. Dont forget about Stephon Marbury or "starbury" as they call him in the streets. His teams lose but he can flat out score.
There was a similar question in ESPN Insider a few months ago, and Chad Ford said that Kevin Garnett was. He said that during the Olympic Games in 2000 in Sydney, the team had a full court, 1-on-1, round robin tournament, and Garnett beat every player on the team. Take that for what it's worth, but it makes sense. He's a 7 footer who can play any position on the floor.
Kobe hands down. Kobe is a great off the dribble shooter, which opens up his smooth crossover. Not to mention that Kobe has a great fadeaway. There is no one in the NBA who can come close to guarding Kobe. If Bruce Bowen gets schooled by Kobe, anyone will. Kobe is also a damn good defensive player. Especially when compared to T-Mac or VC.
Iverson. Davis Francis Kobe T mac Shaq Cat Stack Peirce Walker Marbury Payton Cassell Dirk Duncan no particlular order.
best on-on-one in the leage has to be garnett. during his dream team days rudy had the team play one-on-one full court. one point wins. if you score then you take the ball down to the other end to score against the next in line. KG went through the whole team.
McGrady- MUCH better defender than Kobe and is a mad man on offense AI/Kobe- Very close but AI is a little ahead becuase he is quicker and has better handles Carter Pierce Francis Davis the rest in no particular order... Rose Mobley Wells Hudson Finley Q.Rich KG and my surprise pick Shareef
I would bet a substantial amount that there are over 15 plaers in the nba who would beat Iverson in a one-on-one game.
